What is information security? What does it mean to you? The interpretation, perhaps unique to businesses, is undeniably clear to us.

Information security, deconstructed, is simple.  Security can be defined by "the quality or state of being secure."  Coupled with Information, the two words formulate the notion that data can be secure on various levels.  More importantly, data of any kind, regardless of its purpose, must be treated uniquely.  Like any other living organism, information and/or the space it lives in changes.  It adapts.  

In a modern era when information is compromised all too frequently, how do people or in our case businesses, achieve the highest level of information security?
